Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and/or electrical assemblies for products like compressors, generators, pumps, or medical equipment.
- Follow all applicable safety rules and regulations.
- Use work instructions and proper tools for assembly tasks.
- Adhere to quality checkpoints and 5S initiatives.
- Complete tasks within specified times and respect shop order takt time.
- Support rework and repair as needed.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a technical field or relevant experience.
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly.
- Experience with pneumatic/DC tools and alignment/assembly equipment.
- Basic computer operation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work on-site in Rock Hill, SC.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of assembly/testing of air compressors, generators, pumps, or medical equipment is a plus.
