Responsibilities
- Managing a shift and identifying opportunities to improve team performance and own change management.
- Developing and referring to performance metrics to drive team performance and business results.
- Identifying business impact of trends and making data-backed decisions.
- Communicating with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Finance, Ops Excellence, Fulfillment Centers).
- Escalating problems or variances in information and data to relevant owners and following through on resolutions.
- Pulling data from databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and performing ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
