Responsibilities
- Manage all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for the Inbound functional area.
- Lead and mentor a team of Process Assistants to ensure performance objectives are met.
- Build positive employee relations and develop leadership bench strength.
- Drive creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, and process change initiatives.
- Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold Process Assistants accountable.
- Source and nurture ideas for improvement plans for the functional area.
- Ensure best practices are shared across departments, shifts, and the network.
- Collaborate with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, S&LP, Ops, IT) to secure resources and support for projects.
- Address operational and personnel issues affecting the functional area.
Requirements
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
