Responsibilities
- Ensure safety of all operational activities; establish safety policies aligned with Target Zero goals
- Uphold ethics and compliance principles across all project management and reporting
- Provide leadership and direction to project staff and service delivery teams
- Develop and implement execution strategies aligned with MANA Networks' organizational goals
- Hold overall financial responsibility, including cost efficiency initiatives and budget oversight
- Drive a standardized governance framework aligned with MANA NTW financial and operational metrics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and relationship management
- Collaborate with Area Directors and organizational leaders on cross-functional programs
- Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, and coaching to develop a high-performing team
- Drive adjacent and add-on sales to advance Ericsson's business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 9 years in project management, including 3+ years in line management or leadership roles with financial responsibility
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and deliver results
- Experience managing project budgets and implementing cost efficiency initiatives
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of project evaluation, impact assessment, and best practices in operations
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
- Talent ready to learn, adapt, and develop skills for an AI-enabled future
Benefits
- The salary range for this position is $125,500 - $165,375 in Irvine, CA
