As an Architect & Developers Team Lead, you will lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of customer-facing digital solutions, inspiring a team of software engineers. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of customer-facing digital solutions.
- Inspire and develop a team of software engineers.
- Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture for platforms like customer portal, webshop, CRM, CPQ, and custom applications.
- Design and govern integration patterns, including APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, IT strategy, and security requirements.
- Take ownership of the full application lifecycle from technical design to ongoing maintenance.
- Promote development standards, quality controls, and DevOps best practices.
- Oversee the implementation of backend services, integrations, and customer experience applications in a cloud environment.
- Guide and support a multidisciplinary team of internal and external developers through coaching and mentoring.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across sales, service, and marketing.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and efficiency gains.
- Actively support global digitalization initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in solution architecture and software development.
- Experience leading development teams in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure, SAP BTP is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of API design and integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of backend development technologies (e.g. .NET, Java, ...).
- Experience with enterprise systems integration (e.g. ERP, CRM).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
