Responsibilities

Lead product development activities from concept definition through production launch and serial life.
Coordinate engineering deliverables to support quotation, development, validation, and manufacturing phases.
Drive product validation plans, DFMEA activities, design reviews, prototype builds, and engineering changes.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams including Purchasing, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, and Global Engineering.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and technical problem-solving activities.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, and project milestones.
Build strong relationships through technical expertise and One Autoliv behaviors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Experience in Product Engineering, product development, and product launch activities.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional global teams.
Knowledge of DFMEA, design validation processes, prototype development, and engineering change management.
