El Ingeniero Avanzado de Aplicación es responsable del desarrollo y ejecución de productos de aplicación de cinturones de seguridad. Lidera actividades de proyecto, valida productos según los requisitos del cliente y apoya las construcciones de prototipos y las plantas de fabricación del cliente. Se requiere un título en Ingeniería Mecánica, inglés avanzado y 3-5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de producto o desarrollo.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and execution of seatbelt application products.
- Lead, execute and support various project activities during technical critical phases of awarded programs.
- Responsible for the product validation per customer requirements in time to support production launch.
- Develop designs that are aligned with the customer’s needs and Autoliv’s product/process roadmap.
- Support all prototype part builds both internally and at the customer, as required.
- Support customer engineering and manufacturing plants as required.
- Attends, supports and participates in Feasibility Design and Engineering reviews.
Requirements
- BS Mechanical Engineering
- Advanced English
- Strong knowledge of GD&T.
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Product or Development Engineering.
- Test development and analysis.
- Root cause and corrective action experience
