Responsibilities
- Assess financing opportunities in Nordic infrastructure sectors (energy, utilities, digital, transportation, social infrastructure).
- Perform financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
- Prepare decision-making materials, including credit memoranda and pitch material.
- Support senior team members in preparing and reviewing term sheets and financing documentation.
- Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, or similar.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to assess complex business models and capital structures.
- Well-organized with project and workstream management skills.
- Genuine interest in infrastructure sectors and financing transactions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Preferably proficient in a Nordic language.
