Responsibilities
- Process daily billing transactions for air, hotel, car, rail, meetings & events.
- Perform routine statement reconciliations and flag discrepancies.
- Track refunds, credits, and cancelled ticket processing.
- Validate data accuracy in TMC feeds and internal billing systems.
- Support vendor query resolution and respond to billing inquiries.
- Assist with supplier onboarding and entity setup tasks.
- Maintain transaction logs and ensure timely data entry.
- Support payment card transaction monitoring and exception flagging.
- Follow established workflows and escalate non-standard issues.
- Support GRC controls validation, including compliance testing and evidence documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience at Amazon.
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
- Experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable.
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
