Responsibilities
Participate in requirements and design workshops with business and technology teams for developing the product backlog, and help develop the overall solution
Assist the technical architecture, development, and testing teams in understanding the business requirements and proposed solution
Demonstrate strong work ethic and ability to work independently, as well as in an Agile environment
Understands onboarding for internal and external entities on to a payment processing Dovetail platform
Work with the platform team to understand the platform's capabilities and touch points
Skills required
About 10+ years of strong business analysis experience in the payments and retail banking domain
Should have good working experience in Fiserv Dovetail Platform and understating of Dovetail products and application.
Should have goof understanding of Configuration items for the Dovetail application and integration
Hands on knowledge and experience in payments processing and digital payment solutions
Strong knowledge of SEPA, SEPAInst and ISO20022-based payments messaging preferred
Knowledge in one or more high value, bulk, or instant payment schemes in Europe, UK, or US; SEPA payments experience preferred
Experience in payment product implementation is a plus
Excellent understanding of technical architecture concepts including micro services, APIs, rules engine, caching technologies, DB/SQL, architecture patterns and UML models
Strong desire and demonstrable track record for continuous self-learning on business domain, new technologies and concepts
Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement
2. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for software development projects
3. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood
4. Utilize agile methodologies to manage project requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery
5. Assist in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
6. Provide support and training to end-users on implemented solutions
