HCLTech is seeking a skilled SDWAN & WLAN Administrator in Lucknow, India, to provide technical support and resolve network issues. This role involves troubleshooting, root cause analysis, knowledge management, and training new analysts to ensure seamless operation of network services.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for SDWAN and Wireless WLAN (Cisco) by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Conduct root cause analysis on escalated tickets to identify problems and prevent future occurrences.
Manage knowledge base updates and contribute to documentation efforts related to SDWAN and WLAN.
Train and coach new analysts on SDWAN and Wireless WLAN technologies.
Independently resolve support tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Strive for first call resolution to minimize rejected resolutions and reopen cases.

Requirements

Solid understanding of SDWAN technologies and Wireless WLAN (Cisco).
Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and providing technical support.
Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory compliance in network operations.
Experience in knowledge management and training activities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Desired Qualifications

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification (Optional but valuable)
CompTIA Network+ Certification (Optional but valuable)
