Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee configuration, deployment, and administration of Microsoft 365 services.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for complex M365 incidents.
- Monitor and analyze M365 service performance for optimization and scalability.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, data protection, and compliance policies.
- Plan and execute migration projects and upgrades for M365 services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of M365 configurations and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on M365 applications.
- Develop and implement automation scripts for streamlining repetitive tasks.
- Generate regular reports on M365 service performance, availability, and utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Enterprise Administrator Expert, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
- Proven experience as a senior-level engineer or administrator in managing complex M365 environments.
- Strong understanding of M365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- In-depth knowledge of security practices, compliance requirements, and data protection in M365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with project management for migration and upgrade projects.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
