- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Proficient in SCCM/SMS with a solid understanding of client lifecycle management and directory services.
- Familiarity with MS Enterprise Mobility Suite and Intune for client management and deployment.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting root cause analysis and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for training and customer interactions.
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Optional but valuable).
- ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional but valuable).
