IKEA is seeking an Analytical Accounting Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in accounting or auditing, and advanced knowledge of accounting standards. This hybrid role in Prague involves GL account cleansing, S2P process optimization, and collaboration with global teams, offering flexible working hours and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Perform GL account cleansing activities and prepare account balance reviews.
Analyze assigned processes and related GL accounts, identify process inefficiencies and control gaps, and propose practical improvement and standardization solutions.
Collaborate with Procurement and business stakeholders to support and optimize S2P processes.
Monitor and reflect changes in the invoice approval process and ensure accurate system configuration and maintenance.
Working closely with the Shared Service Centre in India.
Contributing to projects aimed at automating accounting processes and improving data quality.
Collaborating with other teams within IKEA, both locally and globally.

Requirements

University degree in economics, finance, or accounting.
At least 3 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and a basic understanding of tax matters.
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Good knowledge SW (SAP/SAP4Hana)
Good analytical skills and structured thinking
Process improvement mindset
Ability to communicate fluently in English with colleagues across countries, advanced Czech language.
