Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Vendors and champion their needs internally at Amazon.
- Build communication channels, set expectations, and provide status updates.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve key business opportunities and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal Amazon teams and vendors to improve operational aspects and consumer experience.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on vendor issues, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Provide thought leadership on planning, roadmaps, and execution.
- Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners.
- Support the launch of new programs, categories, and features.
- Conduct regular business reviews (WBR, MBR) with vendors, highlighting performance and action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.

- Experience in optimizing product lines for vendors on Amazon.com.

- Experience in strategic and operational aspects of managing vendor relationships.
- Root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor’s business.
- Experience in creating and analyzing marketing and site merchandising efforts.
