Requirements

A master’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field, completed before September 2027.
No more than two years of professional experience in your field of study before the program start date.
Strong leadership potential, ambition, and curiosity.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A passion for making a difference.
EU/EES citizenship or a permanent residence permit in Sweden due to migration laws.

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience from an exchange semester is considered an asset.
Previous experience from a service- and/or industrial-related role is considered an asset.
