About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves in providing L2/L3 Support. As a Production Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and debugging skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides L2/L3 Support 
  • Monitor production system for errors and resolve issues promptly. 
  • Address technical concerns or questions raised by users.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience by managing disruptions effectively.
  • Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data for debugging.
  • Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot issues related to databases (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc)

Requirements:

  • Must be Graduated in 2023/2024 from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 college
  • Knowledge on with any of the languages like JAVA, Python, PHP, Shell Scripting, Node.JS, JavaScript, UNIX/ LINUX etc. 
  • Knowledge on database SQL.MySQL, MongoDB and writing simple queries to get data for debugging issues.
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking. 
  • Quick troubleshooting and diagnosing skills. 
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills. 
  • Working knowledge of any programming language to DEBUG CODE. 
  • Web-application / MOBILE debugging skills
