CACTUS is seeking to recruit a Product Analyst intern for its Products and AI Solutions team. The intern will be responsible for deriving actionable insights from large-scale datasets, product usage data and market intelligence reports to shape our B2B sales, marketing and product engagement strategies. This position is situated at the intersection of product & sales intelligence, providing a distinct opportunity to engage in both the technical and strategic aspects of an expanding enterprise business.
 

Responsibilities
 

  • Work with massive, complex datasets to extract business and product performance insights using SQL and analytical tools.
  • Analyze complex data to uncover trends, perform detailed research, and present outcomes as insightful summaries or impactful reports.
  • Collaborate with product managers and sales leadership to define and track key KPIs (e.g., customer acquisition cost, churn risk, upsell potential).
  • Analyse the effectiveness of sales campaigns, customer success programs, and engagement models.
  • Identify data trends that inform product features tailored for enterprise clients.
  • Present insights through compelling visualizations and executive summaries to drive decision-making.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to benchmark product and sales performance.

Qualifications and Prerequisites
 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills is a must while experience working with large datasets is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Excel & data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Ability to translate data findings into strategic recommendations for sales and product teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, enterprise product strategy, or sales enablement is a plus.
  • Prior internship or academic project involving customer analytics, sales strategy, or product operations would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle metrics and sales pipeline concepts.

The DevOps team seeks an Information Security & Compliance Engineer (Intern) responsible for conducting initial-level Information Security regular audits, ensuring compliance with cyber security laws and regulations, and establishing compliance across various web properties, verticals, and teams. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently. As a member of our DevOps team, you will closely collaborate with Editage, Researcher Life, Cactus Lab, ISMS, and Legal departments.  Responsibilities Management and periodic review of access controls. Periodic review of DB, VPN, Jira, Confluence, and Git Repository across teams. Revoking access for departing employees. Periodic review of implemented compliances. Conducting UAT for smaller projects. Following up on technology-related projects and providing status updates. Conducting internal VAPT on websites. Regular review of security protocols. Periodic review of Data Privacy Impact Analysis. Responding to security questionnaires from potential and existing clients. Assisting ISMS in ISO 27001 Information security audits. Qualifications and Prerequisites Understanding of Information Security Principles. Knowledge of application security. Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 Vulnerabilities. Proficiency in technologies such as HTML, Scripting Languages, SQL, and Basic Unix commands. Understanding of basic networking concepts including protocols, ports, TLS, HTTP, and HTTPS. Knowledge of Personal Data Privacy Laws such as GDPR and PECR. Familiarity with tools like ZAP and BurpSuite is desirable. Basic understanding of AWS Cloud.
