Summary & Role Information:

  • Be part of the critical Data Privacy & Protection (DPP) team of SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Become a full-stack cloud native developer by designing, coding, testing, and quality assurance of complex product features within DPP portfolio with latest technologies in an innovative environment
  • Understand the underlying runtime of the cloud platform and be flexible to develop and build cloud applications on Cloud Foundry | Kubernetes platform / runtimes.
  • Be an integral part of a fully operational cross functional scrum team that designs | develops | operates | manages cloud native applications and manages customers | stakeholders.
  • Work in an agile environment in a collaborative mode that strives towards a unified team goal. 6. Take complete responsibility and ownership of the tasks and demonstrate high level of Quality | Agility | Reliability | Efficiency.
  • Be a team player that collaborates and work towards a single vision of ensuring we deliver a state-of-the-art cloud native applications to our customers.
  • Have a can-do attitude

 

Role Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 1-4 years of experience in Software Engineering. Good understanding of cloud concepts and cloud technologies
  • Passionate about learning new Products & Technology
  • Experience in developing, debugging and deploying software
  • Strong knowledge in Object oriented concepts.
  • Good knowledge of Core Java, JEE, Node JS, Spring Boot, JSON, UI5, REST/ODATA and any relational database (HANA, MySQL)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills, team player and self-driven

Following additional skills would be an advantage:

  • Cloud Foundry, K8S, OpenAPI Specification (Swagger), Java Script, Ajax, CAP
  • Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD Delivery concept

Summary & Role Information: As SAP Procurement Product Team, our mission is to provide the world’s leading cloud-based spend management solution, unifying the SAP Procurement portfolio across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba Applications & Business Network, and SAP Fieldglass.  To strengthen further our team, we are looking for an experienced Java Developer to work with the leading Infrastructure & Platform-as-a-Service (SAP Cloud Platform).
