Phenom is experiencing tremendous growth, and we need to create an infrastructure that will support that growth with streamlined communication of product information back and forth between stakeholders. The Product Knowledge Manager will be responsible for designing, executing, and improving processes for dissemination of release information, as well as supporting the maturity of product support material.

·        Tracking and finalizing release package material

·        Cross-team collaboration: Collaborating with product marketing and customer success leaders on best practices for delivering release content

·        Generate knowledge base articles to cover release items and any gaps in product information

·        Assist in the maintenance and scaling of our knowledge ecosystem as it pertains to internal and external stakeholders.

·        Creating an infrastructure for internal access to relevant product information

·        Structuring feedback flow to the Product Management and Training teams

·        Working with other stakeholders to put the appropriate guardrails in place based on the maturity of a product

·        Continuous improvement of release processes


 

Work Experience


 

·        3 to 6 years working in product manager, product owner, or product documentation roles

·        Self-starter and comfortable driving projects autonomously

·        Detail-oriented with technical copywriting skills

·        Able to interface comfortably with customers and internal stakeholders to collect and deliver information

·        Knowledge of SaaS release processes

·        Experience with setting up/maintaining a user community and/or knowledge base is a plus

·        Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion

·        Process mapping or engineering a plus

·        Self-motivated and curious
