About the Job:

At Paytm Insider you will:

- Build live touring plans for artists across music and comedy, negotiate & execute ticketed shows online and on-ground.

- Work with artists, artist agencies, venues and promoters to draw up a suitable on-ground plan for various gigs pan India.

- Create scaling plans for each artist across their multi-city shows and work with internal teams to execute marketing & amplification to ensure revenue targets are met.

- Create and maintain event/ tour PnL's and monitor spends/budgets in real time.

- Co-ordinate on touring schedules, logistics, TLB with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of comedy/music tours (talent management, event production, programming)

- An in-depth understanding of artists and the touring industry across various genres is mandate.

- On ground experience as part of live entertainment events is a must.

- Thorough attention to detail, quick thinking and being process-oriented.

- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint/Keynote.

- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising responsibilities.

- Relationships with artists, agencies, venues and promoters is a plus.
