About the team:
PL thrives on deep partnership with key banks. This is an Individual Contributor role and candidate will be responsible for onboarding of PL customers, loan applications, bookings, activation and portfolio management for all PL HT customers. Customer experience across the journey while applying for HTPL is also owned by this leader. Team expansion will take place depending on business needs and scale up within 6 to 12 months.
About the role: We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of our Business Product Management (BPM) team to drive the PL High Ticket Distribution business. BPM team works closely with BUSINESS / Product/Technology and Growth team to deliver monthly AOP targets , drive funnel metrics and strategic/tactical interventions and owns the charter of product ideation, competitive benchmarking, customer journey, prioritization of roadmap, GTM and product penetration.
Expectations/ Requirements:
1. 2 or 3 years of hands-on experience in building customer journey across consumer products.
2. Have handled PL product directly for at least 4 to 5 years and should have an understanding of the process of identifying the segment to HTPL booking .
3. An understanding of understanding digital lending & journeys will be an advantage.
4. Analyze and benchmark industry/market trend, competition best practice.
5. Work with technology and product tech to identify and prioritize requirements for product roadmap and minimizing the customer drop across the digital journey.
6. Work with growth team to plan campaigns and optimize funnel conversion.
7. Responsible for GTM, driving adoption of new product, increasing the market share of existing product, and eventually driving business goals and quantifiable KPIs.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Min. 10 years of post graduation experience in BFSI ecosystem within sales , product and program management, product marketing or digital journey creation.
2. A proven performer and team player who enjoys challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace.
3. A self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a super agile environment.
4. Experience working with cross functional teams and driving consensus.
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of product.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.
7. Work experience in top-tier banks , NBFCs , fintechs , consulting firms, within digital lending /product management is a plus
8. 10+ years of post-MBA experience
9. Strong people management experience of leading small team of 2-5 members
10. Someone with an experience into sales and distribution background for retail loans, specially PL having worked as a Regional Manager handling both Product and Sales side will be preferred
11. People from BFSI / Payments industry will be preferred
Education: Post-Graduation from Tier 1 B-Schools preferred
