About the team: Affordability at Paytm is an Omni channel team that drives the EMI business at the point of sale, both for online and offline merchants. We partner with various OEMs / brands and merchant partners to offer affordability to the customers

About the Role: Responsible for leading the retail operations process for activating brand offers and merchant coverage on Paytm EDC.

Expectations/ Requirements:

1. Program management, cross functional coordination, data analytics in collaboration with business analysts

2. Responsible for leading the operations process for activating brand offers on Paytm EDC.

 Active coordination with brand managers and backend team in paytm to ensure configuration of offers with maximum efficiency and accuracy.

3. Leading and streamline the process for onboarding of merchant & brands and taking initiatives to reduce customer and merchant grievances.

4. Ensure team deliverables are met on time and with high quality; Anticipate challenges to proactively identifying solutions and be the source of truth about Product roadmap

5. Responsible for leading the operations process for activating brand offers on Paytm EDC.

6. Active coordination with brand managers and backend teams in Paytm to ensure configuration of offers with maximum efficiency and accuracy

7. Leading and streamlining the processes for onboarding merchants for Retail channel & brands and taking initiatives to reduce customer and merchant grievances

Superpowers / Key Skills Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with at least 7-8 yrs of exp.

2. 5+ years of Program management/ operations management experience in a fast paced internal company

3. High‌ ‌degree‌ ‌of‌ ‌ownership‌ ‌in‌ ‌taking‌ ‌things‌ ‌to‌ ‌completion‌ ‌with minimal oversight

4. Ability‌ ‌to‌ ‌multitask‌ ‌and‌ ‌work‌ ‌on‌ ‌diverse‌ ‌range‌ ‌of‌ ‌requirements‌ ‌

5. Prior‌ ‌experience‌ ‌in‌ EMI ‌industry‌ ‌is‌ ‌a‌ ‌plus‌
