UI Dev Engineer

Who are we looking for?

Strong UI developer with in-depth technical experience in Angular UI development. Provide excellent technical solutions on cutting edge web services technology to customer and drive the project team to success. Must have good working experience in an Onshore & offshore development team based out of USA & India. Must have prior experience in customer facing role.

Technical Skills:

 8+ Years of Experience Angular, UI design

 Good experience work in Banking domain

 Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.

 Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

 Must have hands on experience in SQL Server and working in Mongo DB is plus

 GIT Know-how, CI/CD knowledge is a plus

 Excellent communication

 Exposure to TDD, BDD is a plus.

 Must possess good design thinking, technical problem-solving skills.

 Should be able to guide and mentor the project team in technical aspects.

Process Skills:

 Thorough understanding of agile development methodology

 Very strong in applying design patterns and practices.

 Exposure in handling offshore team model and willingness to manage an offshore team.

Behavioral Skills :

 Strong technical leadership skills to mentor and manage a team in offshore.

 Team player rather than an individual contributor

 Should be quick decision maker while working with channel partners

 At least 5 years of experience including;

o Able to work in Scrum model at offshore

o able to work directly with customer stakeholders

o able to communicate clearly in oral and writing

o identify risks, plan mitigation

o escalate on time to customers and leaders

o good in prioritizing work and time management

o good problem-solving skills, able to think out of the box

Qualification:

 Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
