Job Description
Experience - 2 to 4 years in automotive area

Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile) - 05 positions

i) Have skillset for fixture designing and Modelling in PRO-E or other CAD software

ii) Have knowledge to prepare the test setups by understanding the load paths of the

i) Basic proficiency of PRO E.

ii) Basic proficiency of analysis software such as N code, 

I) Must have hands on experience on Servohydralic based testrigs. 

II) Knowledge of automotive vehicle and its validation process. Hands on experience of physical component level/aggregate level validation of Suspension system.

III) Knowledge of doing RLDA based setup and instrument setup on vehicle." 

i) Managing shop floor work force temporary/ Permanent.

ii) Calibration of equipment, procurement of spares, Effective utilization of instruments & resources.

iii) Record & maintain test rig data and calibration records. 

iv) Facility maintenance, AMCs and keepin g records.

Design and development of test fixtures required for c omponent and vehicle testing in lab.
Execute test as per test plan & schedule.
Conduct structural durability test on vehicle o n 4-poster test rig.
Structural failure part updation on vehicle, repair of vehicle.
Allocate the requisite operator resources for a respective development activity on day-to-day basis.
Exceution of lab and vehicle test on mechanical aggregates like spare wheel carrier, towing hooks, rear twist beam, subframe, lower link etc.
Record & maintain test rig data sheet like test results, rig utilization etc."
