Data Services Operations Manager (L6)

Positions Open: 1 | Location: Bangalore

About the Operations: The insurance data services operations is involved in managing and producing center and client reporting for the services provided to their customers in UK. The reports have to be made compliant with various controls regulatory and organizations controls defined.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Effectively handle the reports basis inputs allocated and achieve all the contractual SLA’s

2. Reconcile inputs and update various systems to ensure there is a clear audit trail of payments processed

3. Work with onshore and offshore teams to contribute in high performance of the team

4. Take ownership of issues and work internal and customer functions to resolve them

5. Participate in effective time tracking of activities handled in a day using MI recording tools provided

6. Demonstrate highest level of integrity whilst dealing with activities relating to the operations

7. Simplify reporting using interventions like Power Automate and suite of Power Platform Apps

8. Recommends BI interventions and upgrades to existing reporting in Excel using tools like PowerBI, Tableau etc

9. Has deep understanding of data value chain and the practices associated with the same

10. Excellent command over business reporting – defining data sources, data structures, KPIs

11. Ability to analyze data and provide insights to leadership

12. Proactive identification of issues by building lead indicators and appraising leadership on EWS

13. Willing to work in shifts and at the office as per the business requirement
