MCBU is responsible for complete development of CUPS and 5G nodes. We are looking for strong software developers who can make a difference in speed and quality.

You should meet these requirements.

  • Candidate will work on software design, development, maintenance, validation and documentation of NSO Mobility Function Pack, which enables service providers to automate deployment and configuration of Mobility Network Functions. Candidate will work and manage cloud native environment with good understanding of NVFO MANO architecture and its working and is able to adapt to CISCO’s cloud orchestrator NSO.
  • Candidate must possess:
  • 5+ years of general software development experience (MUST)
  • 3+ years of coding experience and proficiency in Java and object-oriented paradigm (MUST)
  • 3+ years of Working experience in python.
  • Excellent software debugging skills (MUST)
  • Ability to quickly understand and assimilate new technologies (MUST)
  • Ability to function productively in a distributed team and work with cross-functional teams such as customer support. (MUST)
  • Solid understanding of threading concepts in Java (Highly Desirable)
  • Experience using Cisco Network Services Orchestrator product (Highly Desirable)
  • Software development experience on the NSO product (Highly Desirable)
  • Experience developing, Knowledge of Cisco Mobility products (Desirable)
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as Openstack, VMWare (Desirable)
  • Should have worked on VMs, Kubernetes, KVM, pyATS, LaaS, Netsim, Python/Java, NSO and dependent packages, Openstack, Wireshark (occasionally for debugging)
