The mission of the Sales Strategic Planning & Operations (SSPO) group within Meta is to enable revenue growth through data-driven business strategies and efficient operations. We do this by being objective, trusted partners to the partnered organization(s) we work with. This is done through (1) a strong grounding and understanding of the data which underpins our business, (2) the ability to synthesize this with third-party or external data and insights; (3) through thought leadership, influence of strategic planning and cross-functional collaborations and (4) through stakeholder influence, even when none of us are in the room, through communication of standalone data-centered narratives, analysis and calls-to-action via dashboards and tools we develop or evolve. This role will be supporting our businesses for Greater China.

Sales Strategic Planning & Operations Analytics Lead, GBG APAC, Greater China Responsibilities

  • Business Insights: Conduct impactful analyses on major revenue, product, vertical, productivity, efficiency, market opportunity data and trends. Lead communication of these insights.
  • Project/Process Management: Design and execute on a standard cadence of operations while also independently developing and managing project or program plans to support key stakeholder asks.
  • Hypothesis Development: Identify and solve strategic questions related to Meta’s largest regional business opportunities and related risks.
  • Scalable Insight: Create and maintain automated and actionable dashboard, workflows and tools that drive current and future rhythm of business actions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in either Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in business operations, analytics or planning.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python/R).
  • Demonstrable problem-solving experience with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets.
  • Proven experience with managing information strategy and data structures.
  • Proven experience in driving end-to-end strategy setting and implementation, including influencing senior stakeholder buy-in.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics and experience with creating reproducible analysis.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in online advertising.
  • Knowledge of Greater China because a successful candidate will be advising on business insights for Greater China.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin Language.

Job Description Job Summary – Data Encryption project Manager, Minimum of 5 + Year Wealth Management Information Systems (WMIS) prevent any possible data leakage and data manipulation situations of WM sensitive/confidential data by introducing data protection measures. Data Protection Program review, assess & challenge IT and Business processes to identify and remediate gaps found throughout data lifecycle. This program consists of multiple projects and initiatives to increase our protection levels. This program seeks a Data Encryption Project manager who is passionate in designing, implementing, integrating, testing and deploying features along with the team.
