We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Associate - Deals Ops to be a part of growing our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing best in class Deals Operations for Business as Usual (BAU) and High Velocity Events (HVEs).

This role is based in Bangalore. It is a full time contractual role.

Key job responsibilities
Main responsibilities will include:
· Deals planning & allocation (monthly & for HVEs)
· Deals Approvals process
· Deals Analysis (Price Compliance, ML compliance, WBR / MBR Decks, Page-0)
· Deals Suppresions root-cause & resolution
· Cross-Category reachout with Deals POCs for related issues & planning
· Deals Suppresions root-cause & resolution
· Deals tagging & Deals Pinning planning for HVEs
· Deals Analysis for Post Mortems / OP1 plans

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- 2+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree

General Summary: The People Solutions and Services – Compensation role will be responsible for supporting the service delivery of Qualcomm’s compensation programs.
