Associate will analyze WHS metrics, troubleshoot issues, and communicate the findings effectively across different teams. An ideal analyst is one who enjoys discovering and solving complicated problems, can quickly learn complex systems, likes to work with numbers, and takes pride in organizing and communicating their work.

Key job responsibilities
• Monitor the KPIs and performance of the improvement initiatives in Central Program team
• Dive Deep into injury/illness records and capture the non-conformances against the regulatory requirements
• Ability to pull data and perform adhoc reporting and analysis with guidance
• Document processes & regularly update existing SOPs. · Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from stakeholders.
• Handle various set of daily, weekly and monthly business reports.
• Onboard new processes if required as per the business needs.
• Deep dive into massive data sets to answer key business questions
• Continual, tactical communication with stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 2+ years of manufacturing, process or warehousing with professional experience in analytics, measurement & experimentation, statistical data analysis, or comparable experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Advanced working knowledge of data mining
- Experience building dashboards, reports, or tools through technologies such as QuickSight, Tableau etc.
