  • 5 years of experience as a people manager.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience managing team(s) of test engineers, planning, and tracking in a fast paced environment.

  • Experience in test framework development using one or more general automation languages (e.g. Python, Shell Scripts) for large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Experience with Networking data plane and protocols.
  • Knowledge of VMware technologies would be an added advantage.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team of test engineers responsible for enterprise readiness of Google Cloud VMware Engine product.
  • Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and improve software for large scale automation for enterprise grade products in the Infrastructure-as-a-Service domain.
  • Collaborate with product management, peer engineering groups/teams for gathering requirements and resolving the dependencies.
