Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Experience of leading Oracle HCM technology workstream, OIC, PaaS, technical architect, leading integrations. Must have experience of leading technology workstream in multiple end to end HCM Cloud implementations. As well as being responsible for managing the overall delivery of the IBM technology workstream (integrations, data migration, PaaS) the candidate will be a HCM Cloud technical SME who can provide advise and guidance including technical strategy. Will keep up to speed with latest Oracle developments. Experience of UK public sector advantageous, and working with onsite and offsite teams. Experienee of multi-pillar implementations an advantage e.g. ERP, EPM.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

 

  1. Experience as technical lead delivering Integration, Data Migration and Reporting in integrated Oracle SaaS (HCM) and PaaS projects (experience of ERP and PRC also beneficial)
  2. Significant Oracle technical experience in Oracle SaaS spanning through atleast 3-4 of the following:
    1. Fast Formula, HCM Extracts , HDL – HCM Data Loader
    2. ATOM Feeds , SOAP Web Services , REST Web Services
    3. FBDI – File Based Data Import, Business Objects and Business Events
    4. BI Publisher, OTBI – Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence
    5. Page Customisation
    6. UCM – Universal Content Management , BPM – Business Process Management
    7. User Security
  3. Significant Oracle technical experience in Oracle PaaS spanning through OIC, SOA Suite, ODI, JCS/VBCS, OACS, DBCS
  4. Full project life-cycle experience (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training ,deployment)

SC Clearance will be required to fulfill this position.
