We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in sales databases and contract analysis to provide quantitative insights for our Sales Enablement function. You should have strong financial analysis skills and be able to interpret and calculate financial ratios. Proficiency in Excel is required. You will also engage with clients to understand their research requirements and propose suitable methodologies. Leadership skills and excellent communication skills are a must. This role requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Research and Advisory domain and preferably a Post Graduate Degree in Management. Knowledge of the IT domain is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Should be well versed with Sales databases and Contract analysis to derive quantitative insights to support the Sales Enablement function
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and conduct financial analysis
  • Should have a good command on calculating the financial ratios as well as interpreting them
  • Should be strong in conducting financial analysis that forms part of the company profiling
  • Should be able to triangulate quantitative information received from various secondary sources
  • Should be well versed in the basic use of Excel for calculations
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand and scope research requirements and propose the most appropriate solution and methodology
  • Lead a team of research analysts for project delivery
  • Regular client interaction and client management

PRIMARY SKILLS

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Research and Advisory domain
  • A Post Graduate Degree in Management from a premier institute is preferred.
  • Any Industry/Sector knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of IT domain would be preferred.

SECONDARY SKILLS

  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
  • Excellent at number crunching and deriving insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
