- Accurately and punctually complete assigned unit operational duties to contribute to the highest levels of merchandise supply.
- Adhere to all IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and requirements within your scope of responsibility, actively preventing accidents related to employees, customers, equipment, buildings, and IKEA products.
- Conduct work in a simple, efficient, and economical manner, sharing best practices and optimizing daily operations within your designated responsibilities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with technical equipment.
- Proven track record of driving individual initiatives.
- Ability to operate a computer.
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, omnichannel environment.
- Ability to follow corresponding work methods and execute action plans as directed by a manager.
