We are seeking an experienced Workday AMS Project Manager to lead and manage Application Management Services (AMS) engagements for global Workday customers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday HCM support operations, stakeholder management, service delivery governance, release management, enhancement delivery, and managing globally distributed teams. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure SLA compliance, manage customer relationships, and oversee the successful delivery of Workday support and enhancement services.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Workday AMS engagements for enterprise customers.
Manage application support, maintenance, incident management, and enhancement delivery.
Ensure adherence to contractual SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards.
Conduct governance meetings, service reviews, and executive stakeholder presentations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage Workday enhancement projects from initiation through deployment.
Develop project plans, track milestones, manage budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Functional Consultants, Integration Consultants, Technical Resources, and Testing Teams.
Ensure timely delivery of customer requests and roadmap initiatives.

Requirements

10+ years of project/program management experience, managing Workday AMS or Workday implementation programs.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM ecosystem and support operations.
Experience managing global stakeholders and offshore/onshore teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
