Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation and operational efficiency by connecting data, systems, and processes.
- Shape how the site uses data, turning fragmented information into actionable insights for fact-based decisions.
- Structure data from internal and external sources to improve accessibility and transparency.
- Develop dashboards, automated reporting, and decision-support solutions.
- Support cross-functional initiatives across production, logistics, quality, finance, and other business areas.
- Translate business challenges into practical, scalable digital solutions.
- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to strengthen end-to-end visibility and data flows.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
Requirements
- Completed a bachelor or master’s degree prior to the start of the program but not more than three years ago.
- Not more than three years' full-time relevant working experience in the field prior to starting the program, excluding part-time work during studies.
- Relevant education within Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Willing to travel and participate in international short-term assignments.
- Valid work or study permit for Sweden if not a citizen.
