Responsibilities
- Assist designers and researchers with design/research tasks and participate in regular team reviews.
- Join daily communication meetings with a cross-functional team.
- Support workstreams across product sprint design and operational activities.
- Participate in meal gatherings and team-building activities.
- Grow with the team through design meetings, upskill training, and coaching programs.
Requirements
- Current college or university student majoring in Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or a related design or behavioral science discipline.
- Ability to commit to a three-month internship, with on-site attendance of at least 4 days per week.
- Passion for human-centric design, technology, and the home furnishing industry.
- Demonstrated responsibility, proactivity, open-mindedness, and willingness to communicate opinions.
- Workable verbal and written communication skills in English.
