Responsibilities

Guide and advise customers to find products that improve their everyday lives.
Maintain an inviting store appearance by paying attention to details.
Perform physically demanding tasks as required.
Handle customer interactions in checkout, Småland, handout, or return departments.
Prepare hot and cold dishes and ensure cleanliness in the restaurant and bistro.
Restock shelves with goods, primarily during night and early morning hours.
Operate a forklift, or be willing to acquire a license.

Good at numbers, IT, and skilled problem-solving.
Experience from the restaurant-, fast-food-, or retail business.
Motivated by teamwork and reaching team goals.
Sense of order and understanding of complying with restaurant operation standards.
Experience as a warehouse co-worker and/or hard manual labor in a fast-paced and changeable environment.
Thrive with shifting work hours – including working at night.
Motivated by prioritizing and organizing own work for efficient time use.
Good communication skills in English.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with furniture sales or other types of consideration purchases.
Experience from the restaurant-, fast-food- or retail business.
Experience as warehouse co-worker and/or hard manual labor in a fast-paced and changeable environment.
A license for operating forklift trucks or the desire to require one.
