Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of consumer-led marketing campaigns, innovation projects, and product launches.
  • Partner with National Account teams to identify growth opportunities and support customer plans.
  • Analyze market, shopper, and performance data to generate insights for commercial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) and external agencies.
  • Develop and present recommendations for growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Achieved, or on track to achieve, a degree with a minimum 2.1 classification within the last three years.
  • Strong commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in building a career within FMCG.
  • Enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and turning insights into actions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership of development.

Desired Qualifications

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
