Requirements

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to communicate clearly and correctly with all customers.
- Good comprehension skills to understand and state customer issues.
- Ability to concentrate without distraction to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment and independently.
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Ability to successfully navigate websites.
- Proficient knowledge of email applications.
Desired Qualifications
- Logistics background and experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Excel.
