Transportation Representative, ROW IB

The ROW IB team is looking for a motivated Transportation Representative to manage daily operational activities, provide appointment support to sellers and vendors, and resolve issues. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and time management skills, with a basic understanding of inbounding processes.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operational activities centrally across INFCs.
Provide earliest appointment to all sellers and address vendor/sellers appointment related requests.
Participate in operational excellence, system support, process, and design.
Support Sellers, Associates, and Management.
Ensure program standards for individual and team performance are met.
Facilitate flow of information between different stakeholders.
Resolve issues created by sellers/vendors accurately in a timely manner.
Address vendor/seller requests via mails/calls/Ticketing mechanism.
Analyze data and notice trends.
Facilitate flow of information, reporting progress and identifying blockers.
Provide resolutions and propose alternate solutions by checking earliest availability.
Plan freight delivery across fulfillment centers, perform rescue operations, and contingency management.

Requirements

Associate's degree or above, or Master's degree or above.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams.
Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).

Desired Qualifications

Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
Basic understanding of inbounding.
Ability to communicate clearly in English in written and verbal form via mails and hotline calls.
