Responsibilities

Monitor KPI compliance and overall operations for Milk run (Inside city) routes.
Facilitate information flow between Fulfillment Centers, Carriers, Sort Centers, and Delivery Stations.
Resolve transportation exceptions through investigation, tool consultation, and real-time decision-making.
Communicate effectively with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Last mile Sort center or Fulfillment Centers).
Develop and/or understand performance metrics to drive business results.
Quickly understand business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.
Systematically escalate problems or variances to relevant owners and follow through on resolutions.
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
Create narratives outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present them in a review forum.
Provide real-time customer experience by working in a fast-paced operating environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with SQL.
