As a Transportation Representative in the Network Operations Center (NOC), you will be a key liaison managing freight movement and resolving issues impacting customer experience and business continuity. This remote role requires a Bachelor's degree, 12-24 months of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong communication skills to facilitate information flow between internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the communication bridge between external stakeholders (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal stakeholders (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
- Systematically escalate issues or data variances to appropriate owners and teams, following through to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and present weekly narratives outlining key findings and variances against goals in review forums.
- Deliver real-time customer experience support within a 24x7 operating environment.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive them to completion.
- Leverage internal tools, query relevant data, and make informed, time-sensitive decisions for real-time resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 12–24 months of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to facilitate seamless information flow between external and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
