As a Transportation Representative at Amazon's TOC in Hyderabad, you will facilitate information flow between stakeholders, resolve issues impacting customer experience, and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a basic understanding of logistics and the ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Facilitate information flow between Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
Resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity in Inbound and Outbound operations.
Address potential issues during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound) and freight leaving the FC to customer premises (Outbound).
Provide timely resolution by researching internal tools and making real-time decisions.
Understand requirements, analyze data, notice trends, and drive Customer Experience.
Ideate and drive process improvements.
Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
Scope out business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams.
Quickly understand the business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.
Systematically escalate problems or variance to relevant owners and teams and follow through on resolutions.
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
Provide real-time customer experience by working in a 24*7 operating environment.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Effective communication abilities (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of Logistics
Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form
Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed is a plus.
