Responsibilities

Facilitate flow of information between internal and external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers, Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
Communicate findings and variances to goals in a review forum.
Provide real-time customer experience by resolving issues impacting business continuity.
Ideate and drive process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
12-24 months of work experience
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment

Good logical skills
