Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses).
  • Resolve potential issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
  • Address issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound) and freight leaving FC to customer premises (Outbound).
  • Provide timely resolution by researching internal tools and making real-time decisions.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and drive customer experience.
  • Communicate clearly in written and oral forms.
  • Ideate and drive process improvements to conclusion.
  • Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Systematically escalate problems or variances to relevant owners and teams and follow through on resolutions.
  • Create narratives outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present them in a review forum.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12-24 months of work experience
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
