We are looking for an Accounts Payable Trainee to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland. This role will involve processing invoices, tracking payments, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations. This is a temporary, hybrid position suitable for graduates or current students.

Responsibilities

Verify invoices in Smart Scan for accuracy and compliance.
Process PO and non-PO invoices, and credit notes in SAP efficiently.
Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Resolve ad-hoc requests and manage escalations proactively.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Support the direct supervisor with additional tasks and projects.

Requirements

Background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (graduate or current student).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, collaborative mindset with problem-solving initiative.
Positive attitude, high engagement, and willingness to contribute.
Openness to change and a continuous improvement mindset.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
German language skills at a minimum B2 level (strong advantage).

Desired Qualifications

This role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
