Responsibilities
- Performing administrative and accounting work (mail handling, customer contact, sending copies of invoices)
- Getting acquainted with the systems and programs used in work in the receivables department
- Getting to know the structure and organizational culture of the Volvo Group
- Getting acquainted with the modern organization of Financial Control & Accounting structures
Requirements
- Student status
- Interest in gaining experience in accounting
- English and French language proficiency for communication (or willingness to refresh French)
- Comfortable using the MS Office package (especially Excel)
- Availability 5 days a week for about 8 hours a day
- Commitment and focus on achieving set goals
