Responsibilities
- Perform daily Customer/Vendor Creations and Modifications for 3rd party and Intra Companies requests.
- Process emergency requests and contact requestors for discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate with customers to analyze and resolve queries.
- Ensure proper accounting and controls are performed for processing activity.
- Work with internal departments on queries and discrepancy resolution.
- Work with multiple applications/ERPs.
Requirements
- Graduate (B.com, BBA)
- Proficient in MS Office (Advanced MS Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive Thinker & Problem solver
- Ability of Managing Complexity
- Professional & service attitude
- Sense of Ownership & accountability
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of AR/AP process
- Understanding of various quality Methodologies
