Alstom is seeking a full-time Train RAMS Engineer in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and safety of transportation systems. The role involves leading the RAMS process deployment for rolling stock projects, acting as a point of contact for RAMS topics, and supporting the design of technical solutions that meet regulatory and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Defining and deploying the RAMS process for rolling-stock projects and tenders.
Serving as the primary contact for all RAMS-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing RAMS activities work-packages.
Supporting the design of technical solutions to meet expected RAMS performance and comply with regulations.
Advising other functions to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Utilizing data-oriented and predictive tools for RAMS analysis.
Proposing innovative tools, methods, and products to improve RAMS performance.

Requirements

Degree in electronic, electrical, or electro-mechanical engineering, or equivalent training.
5 years of experience with Railway Safety analysis and demonstration methods and tools.
5 years of experience with RAM prediction and measurement methods and tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including with third parties (customer).
Time management and reporting skills.
Fluent in English.
